Restoration 1 is a leading restoration company specializing in water damage, mold remediation, fire damage, and crime scene cleanup. Our mission is to provide top-notch restoration services to our clients, helping them regain their peace of mind and return to normalcy after disaster strikes.
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, On-call Rotation

Requirements :
A positive, can-do attitude
Valid drivers license without a major violation (OMVI, Reckless, etc.)
Be drug free and committed to staying drug free
Can communicate with crews, customers, and management verbally and / or in writing
A high school diploma, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Eager to learn and acquire new skills
Core Job Duties :
Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide efficient and effective restoration services.
Assess and document damage, create detailed reports, and develop action plans for restoration.
Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, mold remediation, fire damage restoration, and crime scene cleanup.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Provide legendary customer service
Work individually or as part of a team
Demonstrate dependability and efficient work practices
Responsible for documentation of jobs to ensure accuracy
Bonus Points :
IICRC Certifications such as WRT, AMRT, ASD, and / or FSRT
Experience with trauma / crime scene clean-up
Experience with crawlspace encapsulation
Knowledge and experience with Encircle and / or Xcelerate job management systems
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
Ability to sit / stand / walk for prolonged periods of time
