We are currently seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative functions of our office and manage our financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, and budgeting. Experience working with Third Party Administration (TPA) companies in the restoration industry is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and account analysis.
- Prepare, review, and present financial reports and statements.
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, using QuickBooks Online.
- Oversee budgeting processes, identify areas for cost savings, and recommend budget adjustments.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to support process improvements and cost reduction strategies.
- Support the accounting team with accurate and timely financial data entry.
- Organize and maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Update and maintain financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless office operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounting, budgeting, and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles, journal entries, and account analysis.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Experience with account reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with working alongside Third Party Administration (TPA) companies in the restoration industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional typing skills, including 10-key typing proficiency.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
