What You’ll Do:
As a Restoration Technician, you’ll work alongside an experienced team member to help restore homes and businesses affected by water, fire, and mold damage. Your daily tasks will include:
- Assisting in setting up and monitoring drying equipment
- Helping remove damaged materials like drywall and flooring
- Cleaning and sanitizing affected areas
- Conduct thorough inspections to determine the extent of damage
- Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport, and keeping clients informed and reassured throughout the process. Confidently explain the steps of the mitigation process.
- Utilize industry-leading techniques and equipment to mitigate loss.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Entry level experience in restoration services. Construction knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism. Ability to make a personalized connection with clients.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player. Ability to develop, learn, and properly apply operation and work procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physical labor as required.
Requirements/Demands:
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent.
- Lift (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (frequently) 20-100 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects, and work with/around cleaning agents
- Basic computer and technology skills.

- Reliability and on-time attendance.
Duties:
- Construction of containment systems and critical barriers
- Assist in the monitoring of environmental controls and negative pressure
- Operation of air scrubbers and negative air machines
- Monitoring moisture and humidity
- Precision demolition
- Removal of contaminated building materials
- Post-remediation detailed cleaning and fire odor restoration
- Perform dry-checks
- Water damage emergency response and monitoring
- Mold remediation
- Biohazard cleanup
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Apply antimicrobial products
- Proper use of PPE equipment including respirator, gloves, and goggles.
- On-call rotation for weekend emergencies
- Other duties as assigned
