Job Title: Asbestos Supervisor

Position Summary:
Restoration 1 Inland NW is seeking a dedicated and experienced Asbestos Supervisor. The ideal candidate will hold a WA state Asbestos Supervisor certification and possess a strong knowledge of WA state LNI, OSHA, and EPA laws and regulations for asbestos and job site safety. This role is responsible for overseeing asbestos abatement projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety regulations. The position requires effective team scheduling, efficient production management, and communication with customers and adjusters regarding project timelines and scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Management: Schedule and coordinate asbestos abatement teams, ensuring optimal efficiency and resource allocation for projects.
- Production Efficiency: Manage production processes to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, optimizing labor and material usage.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of WA state LNI, OSHA, and EPA laws and regulations related to asbestos and job site safety, ensuring compliance on all job sites.
- Customer & Adjuster Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and insurance adjusters, providing updates on project timelines and scope of work.
- Safety & Quality Control: Oversee site safety and quality control measures, conducting site inspections as necessary to ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including job progress reports, regulatory compliance records, and safety checklists.
Qualifications:
- WA State Asbestos Supervisor Certification is required.
- Proven experience in asbestos abatement management, with a strong understanding of production efficiency and profitability.
- Knowledgeable about WA state LNI, OSHA, and EPA asbestos regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
