High School Bible Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Bible Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biblical studies/ministry/discipleship and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves teaching the students the Bible and Biblical Worldview, mentoring students, and connecting the Bible with students' lives.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that remain true othodox, biblical teaching and teach students how to develop a biblical worldview.
• Use Biblical Worldview curriculum to help students develop a biblical world and life view.
• Pray with and for students
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.

Qualifications

• Mature, Professing Christian
• Has had biblical training, discipleship, and experience on how to teach the Bible to teenagers
• Biblical Studies Degree/Seminary Degree preferred but not required
• Heart for biblical discipleship
• Believes and can share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with urban youth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
