Restoration Academy is a private, Christian school (K-12) in Fairfield, Alabama serving over 400 students annually. Restoration Academy seeks to hire teachers for the 2025-26 school year who view education as a vocational ministry. We are looking for someone to join our team that:

The candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in the subject matter from an accredited college/university with a background in education strongly preferred. Previous teaching experience is desired. Teacher certification is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in Math subjects.
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to cater to diverse student needs.
- Provide individualized support to students to enhance their understanding of the subjects.
- Incorporate technology and hands-on activities to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional practices.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to promote academic growth.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes student success.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and achievements.
Position may require teaching General Math, Pre-Algebra, Geometry, and Algebra 1
