Mitigation Manager

Job Description:


Responsibilities:

• Exceed division targets for quality ratings, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Coordinate the scheduling of technicians, subcontractors, and laborers to maintain efficient project execution.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and job scheduling for optimal efficiency.
• Ensure the timely and accurate flow of production reporting from field operations to administration.
• Conduct quality control inspections of active mitigation jobs and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Train and mentor production staff to achieve division goals in quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and professional development of Service Technicians.
• Prepare job contracts, oversee/write job estimates, and negotiate insurance claim settlements.
• Monitor production efficiencies, payroll, and job costing to ensure projects remain on track.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance of equipment and service vehicles.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4-5 years in the cleaning/restoration industry or an Associates degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience. Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Certifications: Advanced technical skills and IICRC certifications in Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, and Mold Remediation are required.
• Skills:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and restoration software (e.g., Xactimate).
  • Basic understanding of financial reports (P&L, job costing, and budgeting).
  • Effective organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in diverse job site environments.
