Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Exceed division targets for quality ratings, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Coordinate the scheduling of technicians, subcontractors, and laborers to maintain efficient project execution.
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and job scheduling for optimal efficiency.
- Ensure the timely and accurate flow of production reporting from field operations to administration.
- Conduct quality control inspections of active mitigation jobs and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Train and mentor production staff to achieve division goals in quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and professional development of Service Technicians.
- Prepare job contracts, oversee/write job estimates, and negotiate insurance claim settlements.
- Monitor production efficiencies, payroll, and job costing to ensure projects remain on track.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance of equipment and service vehicles.
- Experience: 4-5 years in the cleaning/restoration industry or an Associates degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience. Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Certifications: Advanced technical skills and IICRC certifications in Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, and Mold Remediation are required.
- Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and restoration software (e.g., Xactimate).
- Basic understanding of financial reports (P&L, job costing, and budgeting).
- Effective organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in diverse job site environments.
