What You’ll Do:
- Ensure the front office runs smoothly, helping the team stay organized and efficient
- Schedule and confirm appointments while managing the daily flow of the office
- Assist with administrative tasks, including billing, insurance coordination, and patient records
- Be a go-to problem solver for both patients and team members
- Take initiative in learning new skills and improving office systems
- Support a positive and productive work culture
- Adapt to new challenges with a "can-do" attitude
- Provide clear and professional communication with patients, families and team members
