Position Title: Project Coordinator / Project Support
Hours Per Week: 40 hours/week
Schedule: Day Shift
Education: Construction related bachelor's degrees are preferred but not required. Applicants with relevant experience will also be considered.

Company Background: Restoration East, LLC is a contracting company specializing in the repair and protection of commercial reinforced concrete structures (parking garages, bridges, damns, sidewalks, and more). Our headquarters is in Rosedale Maryland and our primary service areas are Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia. Restoration East blends the flexibility of a small company with mid-sized company resources.
Job Description: This is primarily an office-based role which will perform a variety of project support duties. Occasional field work is also a possibility. Over time, the role will adapt based upon the aptitude of the employee and the shifting needs of the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and organize project files – drawings, contacts, meeting minutes, schedules, etc.
2. Maintain and organize server files – product data, qualifications, licenses, training certificates, etc.
3. Coordinate with subcontractors, inspection agencies, other 3rd parties
4. Apply for, oversee compliance of, and close out permits
5. Compile project close out documents
6. Support purchasing department and provide link between purchasing and project specifications.
7. Read and understand drawings
8. Compare field conditions vs drawings
9. Develop as built drawings
10. Create shop drawings
11. Create submittals and manage submittal logs
12. Assist with management of contracts, change orders, RFI’s, etc.
13. Perform quantity take offs
14. Attend pre-bid meetings
15. Input information onto bid forms
16. Price individual line items
Qualifications:
1. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to work required
2. Permanent Residence or US Citizen
3. Ability to pass background checks for confidential/high profile projects
4. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
5. Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency
6. AutoCAD experience is a plus but not required
7. Construction experience is a plus but not required
8. Spanish language capabilities are a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
