Restoration Exteriors is seeking a dedicated, organized, and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for construction and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule Crews and Materials: Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring crews are scheduled efficiently and materials are on-site as needed.
• Client Interactions: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Crew Supervision: Oversee and manage the daily activities of the project crews, ensuring they are working safely and meeting project goals.
• As a Project Manager, you'll be handling approximately 3-5 projects at any given time, ranging from deck and porch construction to window and door installations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in construction or a similar field.
• Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
