Restoration Property Management Group is seeking an Experienced Property Management Professional to assist the executive leadership team with Office Management and Residential workflow for our Conventional Single-Family Home portfolio.
Applicants MUST have a minimum of Three (3) full years of experience in Conventional Multi-Family or Single-Family property management. We will consider candidates with conventional property manager or asst. property manager experience either in multi-family or single-family.
(*NOTE: Affordable, Low-Income, Tax Credit, Student, Senior Housing and Self-Storage experience is NOT relevant to this role and will not be considered.)
Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Property Management professional with strong leadership skills who can hit the ground running managing our office team, rental workflow and assist in growing the portfolio.

You should be highly organized with *exceptional attention to detail, *above-average research skills and *excel at multi-tasking and *problem-solving.
This position reports to and provides support to the owner/managing broker ensuring that processes are compliant with local, state and federal regulations. This fast-paced position involves multiple moving parts so if you enjoy a role where every day brings something new… this position is for you!
Here's the experience we're looking for:
- Detailed Application review and processing
- Delinquency management
- Lease contract / renewal workflow
- Ability to review and interpret financial reports and information
- Process owner contracts and vendor documents
- Coordinate work orders and make-readies w/ Facilities Director
- Ensure a precise record of interactions with residents and enforce lease compliance
- Process tenant charges and return of security deposits
- Proper service of legal notices and initiating eviction files (bonus points if you have experience filing in-person with the court clerk)
- Professional and timely communication with investors, vendors and tenants (if you are prone to excessive typos.... this isn't the role for you)
- Ability to identify areas for improvement to current processes when needed
- An aptitude for generating ideas and solutions
- Adept at creating team enthusiasm toward successful goal achievement
- Skilled in implementing new procedures
- A Commitment to see tasks to completion
- Present a professional image by adhering to our Business Professional Attire and Appearance policy
- Additional tasks assigned by executive management team
- **This position does NOT include property showings**
- Chronic lateness is a deal-breaker
Qualifications
- Must have 3 years multi-family / single-family CONVENTIONAL property management experience.
- Experience using Buildium, Appfolio, Rentvine, YardiBreeze softwares a plus but not required.
- Highly developed and polished communication skills via email, phone and in-person.
- Exceptional Attention To Detail and Proof-reading - an absolute MUST. *chronic misspellers need not apply*
- Effective Time Management including prioritization of time-sensitive items and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional Organizational skills
- Knowledge of state and national Federal Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws
- Proficiency with MS Word office suite
- Typing: WPM 40 minimum - test required
- Aptitude and placement assessments to be used during the pre-employment process
- This position is In-Office, Full Time with alternating Saturday shifts shared among the office team
