What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water Damage Tech / Trainee position at Restoration Leasing & Supplies, Inc.?
We’re looking for a motivated Water Damage Technician to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Assess and inspect properties affected by water damage
- Operate specialized equipment to remove water and dry out affected areas
- Perform mold prevention and ensure all areas are properly cleaned and sanitized
- Work closely with property owners and insurance adjusters to process claims
- Maintain detailed records of damage and restoration progress
Requirements:
- Experience in water damage restoration or related field preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Ability to operate drying equipment and perform basic repairs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
