The IT Project Manager, reporting to the Vice President of IT, will be responsible for leading and managing high-profile technical projects that drive the digital transformation of the organization. Success in this role is defined by delivering significant business impact through the effective execution of projects involving the development, implementation, and integration of enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, HCM, ITSM), as well as other restoration and construction industry applications.
Key Responsibilities
Core responsibilities for the position are as follows :
- Project Completion on Time and Within Budget : Achieve seamless execution of multiple complex projects from initiation to post go-live support, ensuring that project timelines and budget constraints are met or exceeded.
- Strategic Alignment and Product Releases : Lead the formulation and execution of project releases that align with and contribute to the company’s overarching IT strategy, resulting in enhanced operational capabilities and improved user experiences.
- Cross-functional Collaboration and Accountability : Form and manage project teams comprising C / VP-Level Executives and SMEs from departments such as Finance, HR, IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Administration. Ensure effective collaboration and hold team members accountable for their contributions, fostering a high-performing project environment.
- Clear, Insightful Reporting : Provide transparent, data-driven updates on project progress, budgets, risks, and obstacles. Ensure stakeholders have visibility into all phases of the project lifecycle with reports based on verified data, promoting trust and informed decision-making.
- Effective Resource Management : Oversee project portfolios and effectively manage resources to prevent execution delays. Address resource limitations proactively, ensuring that projects progress smoothly and achieve targeted outcomes.
- Risk Identification and Resolution : Identify potential issues and risks early in the project lifecycle. Proactively escalate and resolve these challenges, demonstrating critical thinking that minimizes disruptions and supports continuous project momentum.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication : Tailor communication style, presentations, and documentation to fit various stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership. Facilitate productive discussions that align goals, gain insights, and drive consensus, ensuring project buy-in and alignment at all levels.

Core experience and certifications for the position are as follows :
Experience : 5 years of relevant IT project management experience, with proven success in leading ERP and CRM implementation projects. Experience managing multiple large-scale, complex projects within a national or multi-site organization.Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).Development : Experience with developing / improving change management & problem management processes.Infrastructure Change Management : Forward thinking of ways to grow the Infrastructure Change Management & Problem Management processes to all of IT and beyond.Leading Projects : Experience with leading a change management process in a dynamic on-premises, cloud, and application environmentTechnical Proficiency : Expertise with project management and SDLC tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or Lucid.Restoration / Construction Industry Experience : Preferred but not required.Productivity : Proven ability to manage an array of IT company projects (Salesforce, ERP implementation, based on objectives, timelines, and resource constraints.Certifications : PMP Certification or equivalent, with additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, XP, Six Sigma, or PBBOK preferred.Safety Requirements
Regulatory Requirements : Adhere to all local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards.Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) : Required PPE may include gloves, masks, goggles, hard hats, and safety footwear. All employees must wear PPE as required for their specific roles and job site conditions.Ergonomic Practices : Practice ergonomic principles to prevent musculoskeletal disorders. This includes proper desk setup, using adjustable chairs, and maintaining good posture while seated.Office Safety Protocols : Adhere to established office safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment. This includes the following guidelines for the proper use of office equipment and ensuring that workspaces are free from clutter to prevent trips and falls.Safety Training : Complete all mandatory safety training sessions, including but not limited to hazard communication, emergency response, and safe equipment handling.Reporting Safety Concerns : Ability to identify and immediately report any unsafe conditions, hazards, incidents or injuries to supervisors without fear of retaliation.Emergency Procedures : Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures relevant to your specific job site, including evacuation routes, and emergency contacts.Physical Requirements
