Job description

-Fast growing restoration company looking for mature, independent individual with entrepreneur mentality.

-We are looking for RESTORATION SPECIALISTS. If you are a carpenter or contractor please have WATER, FIRE & MOLD RESTORATION training or equivalent work experience.

-We are restoring damaged property that requires specialized care and attention.

-Physical work required includes demo, heavy lifting, bending, water extraction, cleaning, sanitizing, etc...

We specialize in Fire & Water Damage Restoration and Mold Remediation so only candidates with any experience or training in this field will be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Respond to leads-visit customers homes for free inspections, give estimates, work with insurance companies, manage the laborers and oversee the job to maintain high quality work and follow all protocol and standards for proper water damage clean up and mold remediation-please apply only if you have experience in this area of restoration. We work with Xactimate so knowledge of that is preferred. You will have to work together with back office to coordinate, schedule, manage jobs, customers, adjusters, agents, paperwork, and many other factors that might be involved in getting the job done efficiently.

Candidate must have the drive, ambition, and determination to take the company to the next level of success.

WE ARE AN EMERGENCY SERVICE COMPANY AND NEED TO RESPOND QUICKLY SO WE MUST BE LOCAL.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

*Restoration experience is a must-preferable in water, fire & mold.

*Experience dealing with Insurance companies and Xactimate is a huge plus.

*Must be able to read, write, & speak English clearly and fluently

*Must be willing & able to do physical work (heavy lifting & bending part of job)

*Must show proof that you are able to work legally in the United States

*Must be able to manage a business and all operations associated with running a business

*Exceptional social skills and friendly & positive mannerisms as you will be dealing with our customers on the phone and in person

*Ability to multi-function, organize & prioritize

*Be proactive in all aspects of the business-and make things happen with a "go-getter" attitude

*Must have valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
