Summary

Job Overview:

The Warehouse Associate III – Receiving position will be tasked with processing all inbound purchase orders and material deliveries. This includes small domestic supplier deliveries and overseas containers. This individual will be responsible for inspecting and labelling products, system processing of PO receipt and transfers, and physical movement of all inbound materials. This role directly impacts inventory accuracy, product quality, and the beginning of our materials workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process all incoming deliveries to ensure products are received accurately and in a timely manner. This includes system processing and physical handling of materials.

· Participate in efforts to maintain warehouse organization, ensuring that goods are stored in the correct locations and implementing measures to minimize loss or damage.

· Liaise with suppliers and transport companies to coordinate deliveries and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

· Manage and maintain receiving documents, including bills of lading and shipment manifests, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to reporting requirements.

· Coordinate with other departments, such as the product and supply chain teams, to address vendor PO issues or product quality issues that may arise.

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· A minimum of 3 years of experience in receiving

· High proficiency in using a PC and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with warehouse management software required.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

· A keen eye for detail, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

· Ability to lift to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Education:

High school diploma required, associate’s degree or higher preferred.
