Mitigation Department Manager

This full-service water damage restoration company provides mitigation and reconstruction services to customer’s homes that have experienced water, fire and storm damage. They are looking for a strong leader who does well in a high production environment with mitigation management experience. As the Mitigation Department Manager you will be developing people, leading in customer service and managing the department including the project managers and mitigation team. Looking for someone with an understanding of financials and can help grow the department to it’s true potential.

The company has been serving the community for over a decade. While they have grown to be a larger restoration company, they still have a strong family focus for their employees- keeping work/life balance top of mind. They value a great work culture and are looking for a team player. Must have TPA program experience. This company works with most all TPA's.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have mitigation management experience working for a restoration company
• Must have experience working with TPA's
• Strong leadership and team development ability
• Thrives in a fast paced and heavy production environment
• Ability to grow a department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
