Mitigation Manager - NOT A REMOTE POSITION - MUST RELOCATE TO SHREVEPORT, LA
Our client is in need of a successful, experienced Mitigation Manager for their office.

- Estimates fire, water, mold losses
- Offers upward mobility within the company
In this Managing role, you will be
- Overseeing mitigation and restoration jobs that come in
- Monitors performance data; anticipating, preventing, and solving problems
- Provides training and direction to restoration staff
- Directs and ensures proper coordination of all restoration department administrative affairs
- Determines feasibility of work, based on insurance coverage and nature of damage.
- Inspects job site to establish the initial scope of work, confirms with insured and adjuster.
- Fields customer questions & concerns, resolving all issues, working with appropriate staff.
- Invoices projects all varieties of projects including but not limited to fire, water, mold, and asbestos.
- Builds relationships with field adjusters and commercial business clients.
Job Qualifications
Mitigation Manager -Mitigation Restoration -
- Management experience of technicians
- Strong in communication & relationship skills
- Good computer skills and tech savvy
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Coaching, mentoring experience.
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Excellent group facilitation / presentation skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
