The Large Loss Project Manager is a strategic senior-level position responsible for overseeing the company's response to significant commercial and residnential losses. This role involves operational expertise, team leadership, strategic planning, and fostering key relationships to ensure effective mitigation project execution and transitioning them into reconstruction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building and Management :
Build and strengthen relationships with customers, adjusters, and industry peers.
Work with the administrative team on invoicing, job cost analysis, and project profitability.
Oversee the operational execution of large loss mitigation projects from initiation to completion and ultimately the hand off to the reconstruction team.
Coordinate with the asset management team for equipment and material availability.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices for continual process enhancement.
