About the Role:
As a Mitigation Manager, you'll be at the forefront of leading a team of technicians to ensure successful mitigation operations. You will oversee critical tasks related to water, fire, and storm damage restoration, and your leadership will help drive the success of every project.
Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, you'll collaborate across teams to ensure the smooth execution of our mitigation services, maintain high standards, and contribute to the growth and culture of our company.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of mitigation technicians, ensuring industry-leading results and excellent customer experiences.
- Stay at the cutting edge of the mitigation and restoration industry with up-to-date knowledge and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with our management team to ensure smooth and efficient operations across departments.
- Manage equipment, inventory, and warehouse organization.
- Ensure profitability for the mitigation department and contribute to company growth.
You’ll Also:
- Provide 1:1 coaching and ongoing development for team members.
- Facilitate team meetings and lead by example.
- Maintain inventory and ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.
- Participate in on-call rotations and deploy with field crews during emergency responses.
- Attend training seminars to stay current with best practices and innovations in the field.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- Advanced level IICRC Certifications.
- 5 years of experience in mitigation and restoration.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience leading mitigation of large losses
- Extensive knowledge of water, fire, and storm damage mitigation.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds).
- Standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and potentially hazardous environments.
