Qualifications:
- While previous experience in carpentry or a related field is preferred, it's not required. We're willing to train candidates who are eager to learn exhibit the company's core values.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in challenging conditions.

- Framing repairs and new construction
- Drywall hanging and finishing
- Trim Carpentry
- Kitchen and vanity installation
- Insulation hanging
- Roofing patching and storm damage securing
- Painting finishing
- Siding installation and repairs
