Position Overview :
The Warrior Hotel is seeking an experienced and polished bartender to join our distinguished team. As a bartender at our hotel, you will play an integral role in delivering a sophisticated and seamless experience for our guests. This position requires not only a passion for the art of mixology but also a keen understanding of providing an elevated, personalized service that aligns with the luxury atmosphere of our venue. You will be expected to prepare signature cocktails, offer exceptional recommendations, and create memorable experiences in an elegant, refined setting.
- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system
- Making menu item recommendations
- Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff
- Ensuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is high quality
- Providing attentive service to diners, like refilling drinks as needed and checking their needs during meals
- Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessary
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails
- Process payment from customers
- Clean glasses and bar utensils
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
- Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
- Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
- Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
- 2 years serving experience required. Bartending, catering, banquet service is a big plus.
