About the Role :
As a Front Desk Agent at The Current Iowa, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Your main goal will be to create a welcoming and friendly environment for our guests, while also ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
