Seasonal Banquets Supervisor (Part-Time)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and service driven Seasonal Banquets Supervisor to lead our banquet operations during our peak event season, starting in late April and possibly extending through October. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, event-focused environment and is passionate about delivering flawless service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of banquet operations, including setup, service, and breakdown

• Manage and support a team of banquet servers and bartenders

• Coordinate with the Sales & Catering team to ensure event details are executed flawlessly

• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety throughout all functions

• Provide on-the-spot support and problem-solving during events

• Train and mentor banquet staff to uphold The Warrior’s commitment to excellence

• Manage banquet inventory and ensure equipment readiness

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of banquet or event management experience, preferably in a hotel setting

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Marriott systems experience is a plus, but not required
