Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/GNA to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the 83 year old female patient in her home. The role is crucial in ensuring that patient receives the highest quality of care and assistance with daily living activities.

Duties

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Support patients in mobility and transferring using appropriate lifting techniques.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to implement patient care plans.
• Assist in the management of durable medical equipment (DME) as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care or acute care settings is preferred.
• Ability to lift and assist patients safely using proper techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a relevant training program is required.
