Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment strategies for clinical, operational, and executive roles. This individual will play a critical role in scaling the organization by attracting top talent, fostering a positive candidate experience, and partnering with internal stakeholders to support RFH’s rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent for clinical, administrative, and leadership positions.
  • Identify and implement tools, technology, and automation to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create a data-driven approach to recruitment, leveraging metrics and KPIs to assess and optimize performance.
Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with RFH’s mission, values, and role-specific qualifications.
Collaboration and Partnership:
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
  • Provide consultative support and training to hiring managers on interview techniques, market trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition to align recruitment goals with organizational objectives.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
  • Enhance RFH’s employer brand to attract top talent through marketing, career events, and social media campaigns.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Represent RFH at career fairs, conferences, and networking events to promote the organization.
Compliance and Reporting:
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including experience recruiting for clinical or healthcare roles.
  • Experience in high-growth or multi-site healthcare organizations preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technology.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare provider recruitment strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
