PRN Medical and Reception Skills Needed for Highly Rated Urgent Care

We are seeking a medical professional who has experience both as a Medical Assistant and as a Medical Receptionist to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. We are looking for a team player who is energetic, multi-tasks well, is passionate about patient care, and can handle a fast-paced environment. The ability to help with patient flow both up front and in the back is a skill that we value highly! Ideally, you are able to perform some shifts in medical reception and other shifts as a medical assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Escort patients to exam rooms
• Ability to assist the provider medically with patient care
• Ability to check in patients efficiently and collect the correct copay.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare or other related fields
• Ability to help patients in a Medical Assistant role
• Ability to check patients in and collect copays.
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with eClinical Works a plus
