Job Description
As a Lead Wellness Professional at Restore Hyper Wellness, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality esthetic services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to determine their skin care needs and goals.
- Administer Cryoskin treatments and other esthetic services as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions and treatments.
- Assist with scheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments as needed.
- Ensure all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained.
Requirements
- Licensed esthetician with experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience or certification in the use of Neveskin (formerly Cryoskin) equipment is preferred.
- Experience or certification in the use of Hydrafacial equipment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for helping people look and feel their best.
