Position Summary
Restore is seeking a focused, motivated, and people-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help support our clients in their wellness journey and assist the General Manager in leading our dynamic team. As an AGM, you will work closely with the General Manager to drive membership growth, meet studio performance goals, and ensure exceptional client experiences.
The ideal AGM will have a passion for wellness, leadership skills, and the ability to create a positive, fun, and inclusive environment for both team members and clients. With guidance from the General Manager, you will help oversee studio operations, mentor team members, and execute local marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in meeting key performance metrics (KPIs) for revenue, membership sales, inventory, payroll, and studio operations.
- Help execute company marketing initiatives, coordinate studio events, and support local grassroots marketing efforts.
- Partner with the General Manager to hire, onboard, and train new team members. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly coaching and goal-setting for staff.
- Support team members through continuous coaching, performance reviews, and recognition of high performers.
- Foster a culture of five-star customer service to ensure every client has an exceptional experience.
- Assist in managing and mentoring the team on service and product knowledge, motivating them to meet or exceed sales goals through community engagement and word-of-mouth referrals.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming studio environment for clients and team members.
- Step in to lead the studio in the General Managers absence, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the vision, mission, and goals of Restore by modeling the companys values and culture.
