Our Hyper Wellness Representatives are the face of each Restore location and play an integral role in delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ wellness goals, tailor membership offerings to meet their needs, and effectively promote and sell relevant services and products that align with those goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing members, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging renewals and referrals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
- Onboarding new clients with medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sales system
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service goals, contributing to a goal-oriented environment.
- Utilize critical thinking and strong math and computer skills to assist with bookings, payments, and inventory management.
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Uphold the company’s values of reliability and responsibility in all interactions.
- Performing ongoing studio operations such as opening and closing, laundry and basic studio cleanliness
Qualifications
- You’re passionate about health and wellness
- You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment. Hot tip - While Restore is technically a retail operation, we don’t have a retail vibe.
- Working weekends doesn’t bum you out
- You are comfortable (and motivated) by consultative selling as part of the role
