Job Summary
Restore is seeking a licensed, advanced medical esthetician with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team of wellness professionals and lead our skin health department.

Qualifications - Must Haves in order to be considered
Youre a current SC licensed estheticianYou must have a SC Advanced Esthetic LicenseYoure Hydrafacial certifiedYou have experience with micro needling, chemical peels, laser hair removal or another laser deviceYou have a book of business can bring with you & know how to build new clientsYou have the ability to train & coach other employees & estheticiansYou have a track record of driving revenue and hitting sales quotasYour verbal and written communication skills are sharpYou value ethics and integrity.You have a passion for helping people look and feel their bestResponsibilities
People Management
Attend monthly Esthetician calls and report back to the management team and any additional estheticians on staff with news, updates, and protocol changesEnsure all estheticians are trained on all new protocols and productsEnsure treatment rooms are properly equipped with supplies and fulfill all requirements including but not limited to MSDS, necessary files, paperwork, manuals, and productsWork with the management team on esthetic staff evaluations and disciplinary action.Performing consultations and administering Cryoskin along with other esthetic servicesBuilding and maintaining your own client baseMaintaining accurate records of each sessionScheduling, confirming, and canceling appointmentsEnsuring all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintainedSelling Restores esthetic services to existing and new clientsCross-selling other Restore modalities that may enhance esthetic servicesMaintaining an inventory and ordering esthetic supplies when neededEducating clients on Restore modalities and products that support and enhance their experienceAssisting with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc.Compensation - hourly plus bonuses & commissions
