Esthetician - Restore Hyper Wellness Mtn Brook Studio

Restore Hyper Wellness in Mountain Brook is seeking an experienced licensed esthetician with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team of wellness professionals.  If you have a passion for helping people look and feel their best, we want to meet you.  As a Restore esthetician, you'll work with existing and new clients to achieve their skin health goals and introduce them to our innovative wellness modalities to enhance the esthetic services you provide.  You will also have the opportunity to introduce several new skin health services and products to clientele in one of the best studio locations in the Birmingham area.  This is a great opportunity to grow your skill set, work with state-of-the-art technology, expand our clientele, and join our mission to help people feel better in a spa like setting that is much more, so they can do more of the things they love.  

A Snapshot of a Restore Esthetician's Role

• Serve our existing clientele
• Create, Build, and Retain relationships with your own client base
• Perform consultations to discover the client's unique needs and create an appropriate skin health and wellness plan for each client
• Administer the appropriate esthetic services
• Sell Restore's esthetic services and memberships to existing and new clients to allow them to get the best results in a cost effective manner
• Educate clients on Restore wellness modalities and products which will enhance their skin health
• Maintain confidential and accurate records of each session
• Schedule, confirm, and rebook appointments to maximize the number of clients we serve daily
• Ensure all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained
• Maintain an appropriate inventory and order esthetic supplies when needed 
• Attend monthly national Esthetician calls and report back to our studio team with news, updates, and protocol changes
• Assist in promotion creations and Social Media postings
• Assist with studio operations including greeting clients, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our POS system to check out clients, operate our wellness equipment, etc.

Qualities You Need to Succeed as a Restore Esthetician

• You're a licensed esthetician
• You value and respect people, integrity, and excellence
• You have a strong passion for helping people look and feel their best
• You have a strong desire to achieve goals
• Your verbal and written communication skills are on point
• You have at least 6 months of esthetician experience after obtaining your license
• You have proven successful sales experience to grow clientele base and provide add-on services
• You ask good questions, listen well, discern a client's needs, and choose the best treatment for them
• It's preferred, but not required to have experience or certification in HydraFacial and NeveSkin equipment
• You are willing to work 2 weekends/month
