What are the responsibilities and job description for the Health & Wellness - Client Service Rep position at Restore Hyper Wellness?
Restore Hyper Wellness in Mtn Brook opened in December 2021. We are locally owned and operated, and helping hundreds of people each month to improve their health and wellness in the areas of Pain Relief, Immunity Enhancement, Athletic Recovery & Performance Improvement, Energy Boost, General Wellness, and Age Defying.
We are growing and need more Hyper Wellness Representatives. Seeking people who are personally interested in their wellness and passionate about educating and guiding other people to understand how our leading edge services and modalities can help them address their health and wellness needs.
The ideal candidate has a client-first mindset, a passion for health and wellness, sales experience, and aims to deliver high-quality service and experience in every customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Client engagement - identify client's needs and goals and establish plans of care
- Sell memberships and packages - in alignment with client's wellness goals
- Maintain working knowledge of RHW services and products - Serve as a modality expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and most beneficial to them. Understand product and service pairings, including contraindications
- Consult on customer success - Advise customers on how to develop a customized Care Plan to address their health and wellness need state and goals, including recommended frequencies and pairing of services, and client follow up.
- Manage customer communications - Answer incoming calls, emails & texts; follow up with members to track their progress, guide customers to the services which will help them them most; and address requests and questions.
- Use multiple web-based platforms - to communicate with leads and clients for booking
- Social Media Savvy
- Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment - for all guests and employees
- Represent the brand - embody Restore's core values and act in alighment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness lifestyle.
Minimum Requirements:
- You're passionate about health and wellness
- High school diploma and 2 years continuing education
- 1-2 years proven experience in sales and supporting client success
- Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with computer POS and CRM systems a plus
- Available evenings and weekends
