We are currently looking for a Lead Hyper Wellness Rep who will play an integral role in delivering a high-quality customer experience and support to management. Responsibilities
- Exceptional customer service and leadership skills
- Assist with front-end duties such as answering calls, scheduling, giving studio tours, and assisting with our membership process.
- Be the leader in generating revenue with service packages and memberships.
- Be the leader and expert on Restore products and services for client education. Must be able to recommend services based on client needs actively.
- Performing opening and closing procedures
- Upkeep the standards of basic housekeeping and cleanliness
- Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness lifestyle.
- Create a fun and engaging store culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued, and recognized for his / her contributions.
- Assist GM and AGM with admin tasks and reports. These tasks may include assisting with staff training, helping with role-playing scenarios, ensuring the studio hits daily KPIs, and more.
Qualifications
- You’re passionate about health and wellness
- You have at least one year of leadership skills and retail sales
- Working weekends doesn’t bum you out
- Communication and collaboration are some of your strong suits
