Job Summary

Restore is seeking an outgoing, experienced Part Time Registered Nurse to join our team of wellness professionals on a mission to help people feel better so they can do more of what they love. We’re the antithesis of a traditional medical office or clinic, offering innovative wellness services in a fun, comfortable environment. This is your opportunity to actively assist individuals on their health and wellness journey and lead a team of nurses to support the Restore mission.

• This is an IV drip-focused position. Please do not apply if you currently perform fewer than five IV sticks per shift in your current role.
  
  
  

Responsibilities

Medical Operations & Clinical Duties

• Perform all Medical Restore Services, including IV Drips, IM shots, Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, NAD /Niagen, and Biomarker Blood Tests.
• Serve as a clinical expert, educating and guiding clients on the best micronutrient recommendations based on their concerns and health goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels supported and well-informed about their wellness journey.
• Promote memberships and packages as part of personalized client recommendations, helping them achieve long-term wellness benefits.
• Accurately document client visits using electronic medical records (pre-made templates for efficiency).
• Address and answer client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide, under the supervision of the Medical Director and licensed Advanced Practice Providers.
• Communicate any medical compliance issues or adverse effects to the appropriate team.
• Deliver therapeutic communication while maintaining a client-first approach.
• Collaborate with the team to support all store services and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Assist with off-site nursing events and special projects as needed.
  
  
  

Medical Role with Restore Hyper Wellness

• Assist in increasing monthly revenue and achieving set goals by providing expert recommendations, ensuring high client satisfaction, and encouraging retention through rebooking and memberships.
• Maintain clinical excellence and outstanding service.
• Work closely with the General Manager and Director of Sales & Operations to align clinical services with business objectives.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional working environment that upholds the highest standards of care.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• You are a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with at least two years of experience in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).
• You are BLS (Basic Life Support) certified.
• You have at least one year of experience administering injections.
• You are proficient in electronic medical records for efficient client documentation.
• You embrace the Hyper Wellness lifestyle, incorporating it into your own routine to better educate clients from personal experience.
• You are goal-oriented and comfortable with monthly performance expectations (revenue, rebooking, membership sales, etc.), with an openness to coaching and feedback to enhance success.
• You thrive in both a team environment and independent roles, ensuring a balance of collaboration and leadership.
• You’re willing to adhere to all policies and procedures and understand the importance of maintaining medical compliance.
