Job Summary Restore is seeking a General Manager with strong leadership skills and a knack for business development and sales. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have a background in the health and wellness or retail landscape, we want to meet you.As a General Manager, you’ll play an integral role in cultivating and maintaining the Restore culture. You’ll have the opportunity to build your own team, train and coach them to be successful wellness professionals, and become part of the health and wellness community. Qualifications :
- You understand this is a sales leadership role, not a managerial / front desk role.
- You will own the opportunity & become an expert at your craft.
- You have the ability to work weekends - 2 Saturdays & 1 Sunday per month.
- You have the ability to lead by example, coach & train employees of different backgrounds.
- You have the ability to & enjoy talking to anyone and have a network of local people to recruit as clients.
- You have the ability to build strong relationships with partnering businesses.
- You have a "get the job done" mentality and the patience to allow the business to grow under your leadership.
- You are an implementor and can take charge of a multi-vertical business.
- You have experience managing a team of 5 or more, performing scheduling & training.
- You work best under pressure and controlled chaos.
- You are comfortable moving & standing for extended periods of time.
- You understand P&L's, Advanced Analytics and balance sheets and ability to manage costs.
- You love the sales process and have a proven track record of B2B sales.
- You have at least three to five years of management experience.
- You’ve obtained an undergraduate degree or higher.
- You’re passionate about fitness, athletic achievement, and general health and wellness.
- You understand Restore's offerings and can speak on them during the interview process.
- You’re a numbers person and can deliver action plans based on key metrics.
- You embrace a leadership role and are also a strong team player.
- You’re driven to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals for yourself and your team.
