Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Wellness Sales Associate at Restore Hyper Wellness in Kirkland, WA. A Wellness sales associate will be responsible for being the expert of Restore and our services! This involves handling phone calls, selling packages and memberships, providing exceptional customer service, managing appointment bookings, upholding cleanliness of the store and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Phone etiquette and intrapersonal skills
- Passion for health and wellness
- Receptionist duties and customer service experience
- Experience managing appointment bookings
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
