Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter/Inbound Calls
Specialist/Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
managing inbound inquiries, scheduling patient consultations, and converting leads into
scheduled appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first
attitude, and a passion for helping people find solutions to their joint health concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and online inquiries, providing information about JVI’s services
and answering questions with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Proactively follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to nurture relationships and
guide potential patients through the decision-making process.
Schedule patient appointments with efficiency and attention to detail, ensuring proper
documentation and follow-up.
Educate potential patients on the benefits of orthobiologic treatments and tailor
conversations to their unique needs.
Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including call response times, appointment
conversion rates, and follow-up effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing and clinical teams to provide feedback on lead quality
and campaign effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with JVI’s services, treatment options, and industry developments to
provide informed and confident responses.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or appointment-setting role, preferably in
the healthcare or wellness industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasive and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in basic computer applications.
A compassionate and patient-centered approach to interactions.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
