We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their neighborhoods, presenting our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently while also collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products and services to potential customers.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings, addressing any questions or concerns from prospects.
- Build rapport with customers to establish trust and encourage sales.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand current promotions and market trends.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market conditions to help shape future business development strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Home Improvement sales or Business development.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Background in Inside sales or Telemarketing is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
