RLC was founded in 2008 and we are approaching our 17th year serving our community. Through the years we have established a reputation for achieving amazing results and having a true care and connection with every single patient. Our practice is located in South Arlington Texas in the heart of DFW right between Fort Worth and Dallas. Perfect for those who want to live in the city but still be close to small towns with plenty of outdoor activities. Enjoy the foodie scene, the access to two main downtown areas, and amazing shopping and recreational opportunities.

Salary for this position is based on experience to start, but grows with knowledge, proficiency and autonomy starting at 65,000 - 75,000 to start with bonuses based on performance! We have existing shifts and new shifts for you so all you need to do starting out is adjust! Having said that, this position is solely for a chiropractor who has trained extensively in adjusting and is either a seasoned adjustor who has been in practice for a little or long while and does not need someone to reteach them adjustment skills that haven’t been mastered yet. A recent graduate would be considered if an extended period of time has been spent going to adjustment seminars, drilling with friends or in adjustment clubs, and who can confidently evaluate and adjust without handholding. Our doctors can teach you everything they know and help bring out your inner healer and master adjustor but having a strong base is critical for this role as you will hit the ground running with a patient base that is used to the best!

- Is confident in adjusting and is hungry and willing to sharpen skills and adapt to the approach and delivery of chiropractic care at RLC which includes insight scanning, a neurological approach to care, digital X-rays, care plans that track and deliver results, and a large wellness community that serves newborns - older adults

- Has fun, energetic playful energy and LOVES being around moms and kids 24/7

- Thrives in a team environment and is humble enough to value all teammates such as CA’s and Office Managers on the same playing field as themselves. We do not treat any team member in a hierarchy of importance. We are all essential and valued just the same.

- Lives a natural healthy lifestyle and has the stamina to see 70 - 80 patients a day being on your feet approx 9-10 hours per day

Responsibilities Include:

- Adjusting first and foremost

- Consultations, Exams, Insight Scans, Digital Xrays & Report of Findings which will all be trained and gradually delegated over time
