**About the Role**
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Vice President of Innovative Strategy & Ideas to join our team at Restoring Our Youth Organization Inc. As a member of the executive leadership team, you will play a key role in driving the organization's strategic vision and direction.
The EVP of Innovative Strategy & ideas will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and innovation within the organization. This will include leading the development of the strategic plan/framework for the organization, while adhering to direction set by the CED and Board of Directors.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities to determine Partners' current and future needs, industry trends, and how the organization can differentiate itself. They will also have excellent research and organizational skills, as well as strong written and spoken communication skills.
