Audio Visual Technician

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starting go-getter to work as a tech on our sites. We are looking for individuals who understand that we are part of a team — we do what needs to be done on sites to push the whole project forward.

Responsibilities for this role include but aren't limited to:

• Installation of systems: lighting, distributed audio, distributed video, security, A.V., home theaters, networking, and wireless systems.
• Deploying of complete rack systems: installing equipment, trimming, and documentation
• Wiring, terminating, toning cables, equipment installation, troubleshooting, tech audits, and other additional site support.
• Installing and configuring AV equipment, mounting TVs and projectors, and troubleshooting technical issues

We are a concierge AV company that services residential projects in New Jersey for high profile clients. Some of our projects include home theaters, tech audits, lighting projects, full home takeovers, and much more. We're a team of checks and balances and we work hard / play hard.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• General knowledge of AV parts and equipment/ their functions
• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more (heavy packages, etc.)
• Active driver's license and vehicle.

Preferred:

• Two years field experience, minimum
• Experience with Crestron training and products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
