Job Description
Consider your day-to-day responsibilities in this role:
- Contribute to various consulting projects for clients in the public and private sectors
- Work closely with and support project teams comprised of individuals such as data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to support data-driven decision making and continuous forward movement on project objectives
- Engage with clients and various stakeholders; presenting findings, providing recommendations, and asking the right mix of technical and non-technical questions to collaboratively solve problems
- Identify, gather, and preprocess data from various sources using clear, reproducible, and accurate methods
- Use statistical and analytical methods to extract insights, trends, and patterns that address client and project needs
- Create clear and compelling data visualizations and reports to present various findings to clients and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
Some of the qualifications and skills we are expecting include the following:
- Rising Senior enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field of study, preferably graduating in the Spring of 2026
- Please note, this internship has a start date in June 2025
- Passion for unconventional and creative problem solving
- Possesses a desire to learn and deep intellectual curiosity
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Knowledge of basic data structures and operations
- Proficient in statistical methods and theory
- Experience using a coding language such as Python and/or R
- Some familiarity with SQL is a plus
