About the Role:
As a Project Manager at Alleato Group, you'll lead and manage commercial construction projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

- Indianapolis, IN
- Tampa, FL
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability
- Create and monitor project schedules in collaboration with superintendents
- Manage design teams through the drawing and pre-construction phases
- Oversee subcontractor contracts, insurance compliance, and change orders
- Implement quality control and safety protocols
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor junior team members and foster high-performing project teams
Required Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of commercial construction project management, assistant project management, or project engineer experience
- Proficiency with project management software (Job Planner, MS Project, Building Connected, Bluebeam)
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and cost management
- OSHA 30 certification
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
