You’ll play a key role in crafting the voice and content of our brand across all social media platforms. From Instagram captions to Scripts and posts, you’ll ensure our content is sharp, engaging, and always on-trend.
Your job is to understand what makes people click, comment, and share—and to write content that drives that reaction.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
Create Viral Social Media Copy: Write attention-grabbing captions, hooks, and scripts for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
Collaborate on Video Scripts: Work closely with our creative and video teams to develop viral video concepts, crafting engaging scripts that translate into shares and likes.
Trend Spotting & Concepting: Constantly monitor social media trends, challenges, and viral content formats. You’ll be expected to turn these trends into actionable ideas for our brand.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Write multiple variations of headlines, captions, and scripts for A/B testing, and tweak copy based on performance data.
Collaborate with Design & Social Teams: Work closely with graphic designers, video producers, and social media managers to ensure cohesive messaging across all content.
Storytelling: Turn brand messages into engaging, shareable stories that connect emotionally with our target audience.
Data-Driven Creativity: Use insights from social media metrics to adjust tone, style, and content to better engage audiences. You’ll create a copy that resonates and drives high engagement.

Proven Experience in Copywriting: 2 years of copywriting experience, specifically writing for social media and viral campaigns. Also must have experience in prompting and working with Chat GPT and other AI tools.
Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of what works on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms—plus experience writing scripts, captions, and copy for these channels.
Creative & Viral Mindset: A track record of writing viral content—whether it’s videos, captions, or ad copy—that generates high engagement, shares, and comments.
Data-Driven: Ability to interpret analytics and adjust copy to boost engagement rates. Experience with A/B testing copy variations.
Short-Form Copywriting Expertise: Experience writing for short-form content like TikTok scripts, Instagram captions, and social media ads that require precision and brevity.
Collaborative Team Player: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Open to feedback and changes.
Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, with a knack for delivering messaging that’s on-brand, concise, and resonates with diverse audiences.
