Results Partners seeks an Assistant Vineyard Manager to join our operations team and to grow with our company. Headquartered in McMinnville, Oregon, we oversee vineyards spanning both the Willamette Valley and Columbia Valley regions, this position is specifically focused on the Columbia Gorge AVA (The Dalles, Hood River, and White Salmon).

Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist in the supervision of equipment operations (mowing, cultivation, fungicide application, deleafing) across multiple vineyard sites.
· Assist in the management of crew work (canopy management, development work, harvest etc) through the season.
· Ensure crew safety and compliance with all laws and company policies.
· Maintain vineyard cleanliness, including the shop and grounds surrounding the vineyard.
· Complete daily timecard entries for several members of the team using the AgCode software program.
· Scout for disease and pests.
· Assist in phenology recording, tissue sampling, disease sampling/scouting and crop estimating.
Qualifications
· Must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills and be willing to be a team player.
· Prior working experience with general equipment used within vineyards (tractors, cultivation tools, fungicide and herbicide applicators, etc.) is preferred.
· Prior working experience with vineyard crews and a general understanding of work task timeframes during the season and the intricacies of labor needs.
· Will be required to work long hours, starting in the early morning.
· Must have a valid driver’s license.
· Bilingual
Compensation is dependent upon experience.
