With our rapid growth, we are looking for a select few to mentor and bring into our Results Family to teach a leading skill set and knowledge to those who would like to create a successful career in roofing and construction sales industry.
Business development mentorship includes:
-One on one coaching with assigned team lead, learning the ins and outs of a rapidly growing industry.
-Multiple team building destination trips, used to grow as a team and individually.
-In house production and media crew to build the foundation of your brand.
-Social media coaching and guidance.
-Relationship cultivation with the top industry leaders in the area.

What we offer:

Salary: $36,734.98 - $250,000.00 per year
