Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Part-Time Contractor – Remote

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive, driven, and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our growth through targeted outbound lead generation. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and develop them into valuable sales opportunities for our growing sales team.
Hours: ~20 hours per week / $25-30/hour
Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting via email, social media, and phone calls to generate leads within our targeted industries.
- Identify decision-makers within potential customer organizations (Owner, CEO, CFO, Controller, VP or Director of Operations/Service).
- Qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile: companies with 10-50 employees and $2M-$10M in annual revenue.
- Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and messaging.
- Utilize Results Software’s internal CRM and automation tools for managing outreach campaigns and tracking results.
- Schedule and coordinate initial discovery meetings and demonstrations with qualified prospects for our Account Executives.
- Continuously refine outreach techniques and messaging based on data-driven insights and market feedback.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in outbound sales, sales development, or lead generation.
- Proven ability to engage decision-makers and generate new business leads through various outbound techniques.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident phone presence.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation technologies.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High-energy, positive attitude, resilience, and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Goals & Expectations:
- Consistently meet or exceed targets for lead generation and qualified opportunities.
- Reduce initial sales cycle from 60 days to 45 days through efficient lead qualification and handoff.
- Actively contribute to achieving sales new ARR booking goals.
