Position Overview

As an Associate Manager on the Expert Services team, you will work with leading clean energy buyers, sellers, and investors, providing actionable insights into the performance of their clean energy portfolios. You will lead a team to deliver quality results across a variety of REsurety's Expert Services. Additionally, you will actively build a successful team as a people manager and mentor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present actionable insights into portfolio performance for clean energy asset owners, buyers, and investors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with members of REsurety's Customer Success, Sales, and Technology teams to ensure outcomes aligned with customer expectations.
  • Coach team members to build presentation skills and industry knowledge.
  • Develop, enhance, and explain methodologies for evaluating project and contract performance.
  • Execute quality control checks for accuracy of generation and price data and application of settlement terms.
  • Ensure on-time, accurate delivery of settlement and invoice audit reports.
  • Provide direct people management and mentorship on the Expert Services team.
  • Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5 years of industry experience in clean energy development, asset management, consulting, advisory, or finance.
  • Background in math, finance, accounting, physics, engineering, atmospheric science, data science, or a related field.
  • Creative problem-solver capable of summarizing and presenting technical concepts for a specific audience.
  • Team-oriented leader capable of delegating responsibilities and thriving in a culture of continuous feedback.
  • Strong communicator and coach capable of developing team members with authentic and empathetic interactions.
  • Proficiency with Excel.
  • A passion for empowering the clean energy-fueled future!
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 years of experience managing a team.
  • Experience preparing and presenting analytical reports to stakeholders.
  • Experience generating settlement and performance reports for power purchase agreements. Experience with wind and solar resource assessment techniques (e.g. Windographer, PVsyst).
  • Experience working in auditing or accounting of financial statements.
  • Experience processing large datasets, including meteorological, finance, or operating wind or solar farm data.
  • Experience in Tableau, SQL, R or Python.

  • Our organization works on a hybrid model. We are in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at our downtown Boston building, remote optional on Wednesdays and Fridays.
