Resurrection has an opening for a Facilities Technician in our Business Operations division! The position is full-time, non-exempt and is located at the Leawood campus at 13720 Roe Ave. Please see below for a full job description.
Job Summary
The Facilities Tech performs a variety of maintenance functions, both interior and exterior, to support operations and ministries of the church. As a member of the Business Operations Division, partners with staff and locations to assist with facility operational needs.

- Schedule repairs/projects in coordination with ministry needs.
- Maintain high level of appearance for church buildings and grounds.
- Notify Security of any security and/or safety issues.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in facilities maintenance with prior experience in building construction trades or in general building construction preferred.
- Physical requirements: ability to push/lift 75 pounds, climb ladders, bend at waist, kneel, climb, walk, crouch.
- Proven Results in basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs; customer service and organizational skills; detail orientation; initiative.
