Job Summary
The Kids Nursery Associate provides childcare for parents attending group meetings or services. This position is responsible for actively engaging the children while leading activities, and using creativity to teach weekly lessons, sharing Jesus with each child. Applicants must be 18 and older.

Position-Specific
- Provide safety and supervision of children.
- Plan & participate with children in age-appropriate activities & lessons.
- Thoroughly read and understand the staff manual and covenant and adhere to all Kids Team policies and procedures.
- Ability to work with different volunteer and staff personalities in a classroom setting.
- Lead music worship time either in a large group setting or individual classrooms.
- Communicate regularly with the parents, co-workers, and coordinators in a positive way.
- Set up and tear down Kids Ministry space weekly.
- Keep CPR and Safe Gatherings Certifications up to date.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work some weekday hours.
- Childcare experience preferred.
- Proven Results in: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, parents and children. Dedicated and dependable to work assigned shifts.
- Must be able to physically lift and carry infants and toddlers safely and securely.
